- Passed a universal voucher bill that will defund our public schools; rural schools are particularly vulnerable.
- Erased our state’s child labor protections. The results are devastating.
- Jeopardized the pensions of hardworking public employees like firefighters and teachers just to score political points.
- Taken away personal freedoms like what you can consume on the internet and how to parent your child(ren).
- Eliminated your right to private healthcare and reproductive rights. The supermajority believes they know better than you when it comes to your health.
- Coerced and bullied dissenting voices, especially on key pieces of unpopular legislation.
- Issued huge tax breaks for the richest individuals and corporations.
- Refused to support new moms when they did not pass an extension of postpartum medicaid coverage. We are the only state that doesn’t cover new moms for twelve months post birth.
- Purged over 400,000 Arkansans from their insurance.
